INTERLEAVERS and STACKERS

Manufactured with stainless steel construction to meet the industry’s latest sanitation standards, the PPI-200 and PPI-200ES Interleavers blend state-of-the-art PLC control with a durable design that ensures long machine life and low maintenance. All drives are computer controlled and synchronized. All control and drive enclosures are temperature controlled and fully gasketed to protect components. Our interleaves and stackers easily interface with your equipment.
PPI-200 INTERLEAVER
Packaging Progressions PPI-200 accurately and consistently places a pre-programmed sheet of paper or film under your product at speeds up to 220 portions per minute in single lane. Once the interleaving sheet has been placed under the portion, it may be folded or wrapped around the product for ease of separation and sanitary handling.
Stacking modules automatically count and stack the interleaved portions into uniform groups. Uniform stacked groups are then conveyed to your wrapping or cartoning machines, or can be easily packed off by hand.
PPI-200ES INTERLEAVER
Ideal for lower volume food production lines, this economical packaging solution executes single sheet interleaving at speeds up to 100 portions per minute in single lane.

STACKERS
PPI offers a complete line of stacker modules that can be used in conjunction with our interleavers or with other processing equipment.
Starwheel Stacker: portion sizes up to 16” L x 20” W.
Speeds up to 150 portions/minute single lane (more with multiple lane applications).
Ferris Wheel Stacker: portion sizes up to 7” L x 13” to 32” W.
Speeds up to 220 portions/minute single lane.
Patty Stacker: flexible design permits stacking of virtually any size patty.

POSITION CONTROL SYSTEM
PPI’s Position Control System keeps your meat product portions centered for accurate interleaving, stacking or further processing and packaging and is ideal for operations where mold tempering can affect product position during slicing.
Reading a trend analysis of your product flow, our Position Control System adjusts to correct any product misalignment, maximizing your meat product production speed and improving your product presentation.
