Jarvis Picking Finger Installer
Jarvis Products Corporation of Middletown, Connecticut manufactures the Model PFI-1 Picking Finger Installer, a tool specially designed to install any shaped finger up to 5.5 inches in length. Pneumatically powered, maneuverable and compact (5.9 pounds and 12 inches in length), the Picking Finger Installer is nearly three inches shorter and more powerful than other competitive models. Constructed from stainless steel and aluminum, the PFI-1 is designed for a long service life with no oxidation problems. As with other Jarvis tools, durability is guaranteed. There are no piston springs which can wear over time, finger clamps operate on rollers, and clamps are individually mounted for double pulling strength. For poultry plant owners, Jarvis' picking finger installer is cost effective by eliminating rubber finger damage. For tool operators, it means less job fatigue and more versatility.

Jarvis Pneumatically Powered Picking Finger Cutter
Jarvis Products Corporation of Middletown, Connecticut has just developed a new tool for poultry processors, the Model PFC-1 Finger Cutter. The PFC-1 is an air powered finger cutter specifically designed to remove worn picking fingers quickly and easily with little effort. It is fast, powerful, extremely maneuverable, and completely eliminates the dangerous use of knifes and razor blades. Designed for operator comfort, it is lightweight at only five-and-a-half pounds and measures only eight inches in length. There is no operator fatigue due to the tool's light trigger pull action.
