Food-Grade Heat Transfer Fluid
The Paratherm NF® heat transfer fluid, used worldwide in volume fryers, belt grills, and ovens for further processing of meat and poultry, was certified food-grade by the FDA and USDA in 1988, and re-certified by the NSF in 2003. The Paratherm NF fluid also carries food-grade certifications from Canada CFIA, New Zealand\'s Food Safety Authority (NZFSA), and OU kosher. This fluid is approved, recommended, or specified by nearly all major manufacturers of indirectly heated further processing equipment.
